Clark Place Townhomes is an affordable housing community that participates in the Tax Credit program. That means household income must fall under specific limits based on the number of people in your household. If you are not sure whether you qualify, we are happy to help you understand the basics and walk you through next steps.
Quick note: All applicants are screened using the same criteria. Income eligibility is verified during the application process and may require documentation.
Total annual household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size:
- 1 Occupant: $55,620
- 2 Occupants: $63,600
- 3 Occupants: $71,520
- 4 Occupants: $79,440
- 5 Occupants: $85,800
- 6 Occupants: $92,160
What Counts as Household Income?
Household income generally includes income from all adults who will be living in the home, such as:
- Child support or alimony (when applicable)
- Wages and salary
- Self-employment income
- Social Security or disability income
- Unemployment income
- Pensions or retirement income
How to See if You Might Qualify
A quick way to estimate eligibility is to add up the gross (pre-tax) income for all adults in the household and compare it to the limit above for your household size.
